Review | Alison Claire Lemongrass Foot Cream

Alison Claire- Lemongrass Foot Cream £12.00*
I have decided that I need to give my feel a little more TLC so trying this foot cream was a specialised treat for them. I am all for pure ingredients in a product and knowing that they are suitable for sensitive skin, made it even worth while trying.
I have previously used the Mango body butter which I love and featured in a previous GlossyboxUK post.
This cream's fragrance is quite strong at first but the initial strong scent definitely does not linger afterwards. The after scent is however very mild on the skin. The anti-microbial action of the lemongrass pampers the skin. It also contains shea butter, sweet almond oil, argan oil which all helps to soften any hard skin under your feet. The Witch Hazel, which I hyped about previously, is an ingredient in this cream which refreshes the feet making them feel more alive.
Overall I love using this cream and especially love the ease the pump allows. The cream's consistency is not overly-thick like a lot of foot creams, but melts and soothes the foot with a decent amount.

Here are the exact ingredients as it is always great to know as a consumer, what you are applying to your body:
Aqua, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera), Melissa Officinalis (Lemon Balm), Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond Oil), Glycerine, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, Simmondsia Chinsensis (Jojoba oil), Symphytum Officinale (Comfrey), Glycerol Stearate, Salix Alba Extract (White Willow Bark), Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel Water), Cetyl Alcohol, Gingko Biloba, Spiraea Ulmaria (Meadow Sweet), Argania Spinosa (Argan oil), Tocopherol, Cymbopogon Flexuosus (Lemongrass Essential Oil), Glyceryl Laurate.

Have you tried anything from Alison Claire?

Thanks for reading!

  2. I've never tried out a cream specifically for my feet, I have to say of all of my body, me feet probably get the least attention, haha. This may be something I'll need to try out as it seems good!
